You may be eligible for conviction vacation based on a special clause in conviction vacation eligibility law.

In February 2021, the Washington Supreme Court ruled that the law criminalizing drug possession, RCW 69.50.4013, was unconstitutional. The case is referred to as State v. Blake. As a result of this ruling, any prior conviction drug possession convictions in Washington, and certain other related convictions, can be removed from your criminal record.

If you are eligible, your conviction can be vacated. This means the conviction will be treated as if it never occurred. Additionally, all fees associated with your conviction will be eliminated or refunded if you have already made payments.
