Quick Start Guide

Time expectation: 10 minutes

The calculator can be used for one conviction at a time. If you have two or more convictions, use the calculator as many times as you need.

You will need to know:

• The date and violation of your misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor conviction in Washington state.
• If and when you completed the terms of your sentence.
• Pending charges and/or new convictions.
• Any court orders against you.

Court orders include:

• Domestic violence protection order
• No-contact order
• Anti-harassment order
• Civil restraining order
